2. SMS Program Terms
No purchase is required to receive SMS messages from Angelos Media LLC. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving any service.
Program Description: Angelos Media LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospects who have provided express written consent to receive text messages.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANGELOS MEDIA LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
